Music

Digital Photo Slide Show supports the following types of music files: .mp3, .wav, .mid and .wma. You can compliment your slide shows with digital music simply by placing a music file(s) with your image files and music will accompany your slide show. Music files are played in alphabetical order. It is that simple. The preferred music format is .mp3 or .wav. You may have problems playing .wma files because of Microsoft's licensing restrictions in Windows Media Player.

How do I add music to my slide show?

Adding music to your slide show is simple. Follow the steps to create your slide show and add .mp3 or any other supported music files to the folders where your images are located. The music will play automatically if you configure the slide show to play music. To configure the slide show program to play music, click the Play Music option from the configuration window. See an example of the configuration window to the left.

Music files are played in alphabetical order which includes the full path to the file name. For example: d:\AugustPhotos\Z.mp3 will play before d:\SeptemberPhotos\A.mp3. The mp3 files will play one after another. When the last mp3 has played, the whole sequence will be restarted with the first mp3.
